STE2 r2 can connect up to 5 sensors via 1-Wire and 1-Wire UNI and up to two detectors via dry contact digital inputs.
An integrated web server is used for configuration. The unit can be remotely monitored via the free SensDesk portal in combination with the SensDesk mobile app for iOS and Android via the internet. It comes with free HWg PDMS software that can be used to create graphs and export data to MS Excel.

Features
- Up to 5 sensors (1-Wire + 1-Wire UNI) and 2 DI (digital inputs) for detectors.
- Alarm messages via e-mail and SMS, STE2 r2 offers the possibility to dial the destination number (requires external gateway)
- M2M communication protocols: SNMP, XML, WWW interface with HTTP (s)
- Connected via LAN and WiFi (built-in antenna) - simultaneous connection possible.
- NMS connectivity (SNMP-MIB); easy installation; supports DHCP; supports TLS authentication (Gmail).
- A sensor or DI alarm sends an alarm via email, SMS or ring. For a ring or SMS alarm, use the HWg-SMS-GW3 gateway on the same LAN.
- SensDesk Portal compatible device (IoT projects).
- Powered by the supplied external 5 V power supply or PoE.
- Logged data can be exported to MS Excel using the included HWg-PDMS software.
- Compatible with a range of third-party SWs. Examples for programmers to use the product can be found in the HWg SDK (Borland C ++, MS Visual, VB, C #, PHP, JAVA and more).
