With ADDERLink INFINITY dual, you can build a flexible infrastructure like never before. Place computers anywhere, share connections to computers, monitor others' interactions with computers, share control, collaborate, switch computers and so on.
The ADDERLink INFINITY range is also the first of its kind to enable multicasting over your network. The ADDERLink INFINITY provides dual interfaces for USB peripherals such as a keyboard, mouse or graphics tablet along with DVI for video display over a Layer 3 standard Gigabit Ethernet network, on copper or fibre.

Using a spatially lossless encoding system with 1:1 pixel mapping, AdderLink Infinity delivers pixel-perfect and colour-accurate video without artefacts. The digital video you receive is the same as the digital video leaving the remote computer.
Dual Link or Dual Head DVI
The ADDERLink INFINITY dual provides full DVI connectivity for dual link or dual head applications. DVI delivers native digital video signals from your computer to your digital panel (e.g. LCD) without the need to convert signal types from the digital domain. By delivering native digital video throughout the ADDERLink INFINITY network, you can be assured of the accuracy of every pixel.
Network Topology - CATx or Fibre Optic
You can configure your network topology to best suit your needs. If you simply want to extend a computer Tx to a user Rx, you can do so by connecting both Tx and Rx units via low-cost CATx cable or fibre. There is no limit to the distance - a single copper network cable can carry IP traffic up to 100 meters away. If you want to go further, simply add a network switch to reach another 100 meters. This can be done as often as you like. The ADDERLink INFINITY network is considered a private network that you manage. As such, you can control the maximum data rates generated by each Tx unit to ensure absolute stability.
Perfect digital video signals
The ADDERLink INFINITY uses multiple video coding technologies developed by Adder to deliver the best possible picture. Our encoding systems are spatially lossless, with 1:1 pixel mapping, so the digital video you receive is the same as the digital video leaving the remote computer.
True USB emulation
Like the ADDERLink INFINITY, the ADDERLink INFINITY dual allows you to connect any USB human interface device from mice and keyboards to graphics tablets, jog shuttles, joysticks and 3D explorers. In addition, most other USB devices can also be connected, such as mass storage devices.
USB 2.0
The ADDERLink INFINITY dual uses USB 2.0 to connect to your keyboard and mouse and any other peripheral you want to use. USB is the most widely used interface standard for computer peripherals.
Digital Stereo Audio
ADDERLink INFINITY dual delivers crystal-clear stereo audio digitally over the network. This ensures continuous fidelity and channel separation between the Tx and Rx units or even in multicast environments.
A.I.M./API Control
Using A.I.M. provides access to advanced management features, including an EPG-style window that appears in front of the user's screen showing the channels available to them. An administrator can set different channels and permissions for each user.
RS232 interface
The ADDERLink INFINITY dual has a bi-directional RS232 interface that can be used to connect devices such as touch screens, simple printers or to control external devices and provide feedback from remote data sources.
